Transient House

Transient houses are very common here in the city of Baguio. These are like hotel rooms but in more affordable prices. Our transient house is located at Teachers Camp, where seminars and conferrences in the city are commonly held. At an affordable price, you have access to a football and track field, park, hiking trail, and camping spot. It is also far from the roads so it is quiet than your usual urban lodge. 

Our location is also a great advantage to you. The place is just 5 to 8 minutes from Session Road (SM), Victory Liner Terminal, Dagupan Bus, Genesis & Saulog Bus Terminals and is just one ride away from favorite tourist spots such as Camp John Hay, Burnham Park, Mines View & Baguio Cathedral Church. It is also just a walking distance to Botanical Garden, Wright Park & Mansion House.
